How to use

Plan a cross-timezone meeting in four steps.

  1. Step 1

    Add every participant city

On the homepage converter, search and add each location in the call. Set your home city so offsets stay relative to you.

  2. Step 2

    Pick the meeting date

Use the date strip to choose today or another day in the week view before you mark hours.

  3. Step 3

    Select the meeting window

Click the first hour, then the last hour of the call. The Meeting window lists local times for every city.

  4. Step 4

    Copy or share

Use Copy for email-ready times (includes www.vclock.ink), or Link to this view so teammates open the same cities and date.

Use cases

When meeting time zone planner helps most.

  • Standups across continents

Keep HQ, remote engineers, and a customer city in one grid and lock a recurring morning block.

  • Sales and partner calls

Propose two windows with clear local times instead of asking “what works for you?” blindly.

  • Webinar scheduling

Check how a fixed broadcast lands for New York, London, Singapore, and Sydney before publishing.

  • Interview loops

Align candidate and interviewer cities, select the interview hours, and paste copied times into the invite.

Examples

Example plans you can recreate on the converter.

  • US–UK–India product sync

Home: New York. Add London and Bengaluru. Select a late-morning New York block and confirm afternoon London / evening India.

  • APAC design review

Home: Singapore. Add Tokyo and Sydney. Choose an early Singapore afternoon that still overlaps both neighbors.

  • Copy into calendar notes

After selecting hours, copy the Meeting window text and paste it under the event description with www.vclock.ink.
